Thank you for supporting Bayt Zeinab LLC. Because our products are handmade, perishable, and often prepared specifically for each customer, all sales are generally final. Please review our refund policy before placing an order.
General Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our pastries, sweets, and beverages, we do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared, picked up, delivered, or received by the customer.
However, we want every customer to have a positive experience. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
Order Issues
If your order is incorrect, missing an item, or there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

After reviewing the issue, Bayt Zeinab LLC may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another solution at our discretion.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
Because many orders are prepared in advance, cancellations may not be accepted once ingredients have been purchased, preparation has started, or the order is close to the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
If a cancellation is approved, a refund or credit may be issued depending on the timing and status of the order.
Missed Pickup
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time and location.
If you miss your pickup time and do not contact us, your order may not be eligible for a refund. Because our items are perishable, we cannot guarantee that orders will be held or remade.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Bayt Zeinab LLC is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or customer related delays.
If a delivery issue occurs due to an error on our part, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, allergen information, and ingredient details before ordering.
Refunds are not guaranteed for allergy or dietary related concerns if the customer did not contact us before placing the order. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, coconut, and other ingredients.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
If you believe your order was damaged or does not meet expected quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
